Yes if you upgrade the service to the BASIC package. You can do it in our web site or contacting us.
Fivecomm will support you analyzing the reason of the hardware breakage and replacing the hardware in case of failure.
Just select a new package and send the order from our web site. From DEMO package you can upgrade to BASIC or CUSTOM one. If you have any problem you can contact us.
